Engen powers Truck Test 2026 as official fuel and lubrication partner

Engen, one of sub-Saharan Africa’s most recognised fuel and lubricants brands, has been confirmed as the official fuel and lubrication partner of Truck Test 2026 – the most ambitious extra-heavy commercial vehicle comparison event ever held in South Africa, and one of the largest of its kind on the African continent.

Organised by FOCUS on Transport & Logistics, Truck Test 2026 runs from 10 to 12 November, bringing together 20 trucks from the world’s foremost manufacturers – including Daewoo, DAF, FAW, Foton, Hino, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Powerstar, Scania, Shacman, Sinotruk and Volvo Trucks – for rigorous evaluation under real-world operating conditions.

Every litre tells a story

Fuel is at the centre of everything Truck Test measures. The event’s productivity index is built on a straightforward but commercially critical question: how much work can a truck perform per litre of fuel? Accurately answering that question requires a controlled, consistent fuel supply – and that is exactly what Engen provides. “We all know how important fuel efficiency has become.
