PEACE OF MIND

A highly secure transaction platform: FuelEasy offers the near real-time ability to monitor transactions, which update every six seconds. Its chip-enabled stickers are tamper-proof after they are affixed to the vehicle’s window. All vehicles are first authenticated before receiving fuel through FuelEasy’s unique pre-authorisation functionality. Sasol’s forecourts offer additional security, as all of these sites have CCTV cameras installed.

No hidden costs: There are no transaction fees or any other hidden costs. Sasol understands the importance of clear and straightforward business practices, which is why it has eliminated all hidden costs associated with fuelling fleets through FuelEasy.

Complete cost control: Transaction reports can be exported from the portal and a summary report can be viewed on the Sasol FuelEasy mobile app. It sends daily reconciled fuel management system reports and allows replica transaction slips to be downloaded from the mobile app.

Online access: The FuelEasy mobile app is available on Android, IOS, and Huawei devices, allowing customers to have visibility of their fleet transactions at any given time. A GPS “site finder” also enables a driver to use “auto search” and “manual search” functions to be directed to the nearest Sasol FuelEasy site.

Access to an expert technical team: Sasol FuelEasy customers have access to various aftersales support services, such as technical market support and product quality management.
