EVS38: Shaping the future of electrification
The 38th International Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exhibition (EVS38) will be held in Gothenburg from June 15th to 18th, 2025. As the world’s premier event dedicated to the electrification of all transportation modes, EVS38 will bring together manufacturers, policymakers, researchers, and experts from around the globe to explore the latest innovations, technologies, and research in electric mobility. The event is co-organized by E-Mobility Europe, the European Association for Electromobility, the City of Gothenburg and Lyon-based agency GL Events Exhibitions & Operations, and will be supported by Business Region Gothenburg and Gothenburg & Co.
With around 300 exhibitors from over 70 countries and over 10,000 expected visitors, EVS38 will highlight the future of electric mobility, focusing on crucial topics such as decarbonizing road transport, financing the transition, battery production, and infrastructure development. The conference will address a variety of global challenges related to e-mobility from different angles: technological advancements, regulatory policies, and urban adoption. Each day of the event will spotlight a different region:
- Day 1: Inspiring Scandinavia – Dive into the region’s pioneering advancements.
- Day 2: Evolving Europe – Explore continental progress and shared visions.
