Hino SA boosts customer service – again!

No stranger to pushing the boundaries of customer satisfaction, Hino South Africa has notched up a full-house of category-leading results in the Data Track Comparative Customer Satisfaction Monitor (CCSM). Hino came out top in the 2018 fourth-quarter results in terms of overall ranking (99,35 percent), as well as topping the categories for sales (99,80 percent), service (99,40 percent), and parts (98,86 percent). The United States (US) Postal Service is on fire, quite literally! More and more of the US Postal Service fleet of aluminum-bodied Grumman Long Life Vehicles (referred to as LLVs) are spontaneously catching alight and burning to the ground.
